Tiffany Davis

Executive Director

As executive director of the International Entertainment Buyers Association Tiffany oversees all aspects of the organization including industry relations, member development and education, marketing, strategic alliances and event planning including IEBA’s annual conference.

Prior to IEBA, she spent time at RLM / Mission Management working closely with artists Little Big Town, Jennifer Hanson and Darryl Worley.

Before moving to Nashville, Tiffany served as Director of Membership Programs & Creative Services at the Academy of Country Music for over five years. Tiffany joined the Academy staff in April 2002 after moving to Los Angeles from Houston. Her membership responsibilities included member recruitment and member programming for over 4800 professional members and over 60,000 fan members. During her tenure she redesigned much of the membership criteria and introduced corporate membership levels as well as a brand new category of membership for producers, engineers and studio managers. She also implemented the very successful online Associate Member program for fans. Tiffany led the design and managed the electronic voting system used to conduct awards show and board voting, making the Academy the first televised awards show to vote on all awards via electronic means. In 2006 she created the Annual Number-One Party honoring songwriters. She also produced the first Town Hall Meeting for industry leaders in Nashville, which explored the current state of technology and its affect on music. Before leaving the Academy Tiffany developed a task force that produced several showcase events for Film & Television to broaden the appeal of country music to those communities.

As creative services, she served as editor of the Academy publication, The Tempo, and the ACM Awards souvenir program. She also oversaw all aspects of the design and maintenance of the Academy’s main website as well as the fan and Charitable Fund websites. Responsible for implementing a searchable membership/awards/photo database, the archives proved essential in the development of the Academy’s 40th Anniversary Celebration on CBS Television as well as numerous publicity and media opportunities.

A Houston native, she graduated from Texas State University with her master’s degree in 1998. Tiffany studied music and has been closely involved with the music business since she was a small child, serving as assistant production manager for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo concert series for six years as well as many other Houston area concert events. Professional affiliations include NARAS, Leadership Music, SOURCE, Nashville Film Festival, Academy of Country Music, Americana Music Association, Canadian Country Music Association, Christian Country Music Association, Country Music Association, Country Music Hall of Fame, Step-Up Women’s Network, Texas State Alumni Association and a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as well as community programs.
